- Manage email lists, quote templates, social media strategy, email marketing, internal communications, quality checks, legal compliance, create guides, provide sales enablement, answer & submit bids for RFP’s, attend daily design meetings, work closely with VP of Sales, write all sales/marketing copy, plan, create, write, schedule out all sales emails.
- I scheduled/created all emails and social posts to ensure marketing efforts continued during a long term absence.
- Read all legal contracts to make sure there's nothing alerting prior to proceeding with the sale.
- Create internal/external guides and documentation of processes across all teams.
- Achievement - work hand in hand with the sales team to generate warm, qualified leads. Recently, lead the design, project, development teams in the website redesign for our corporate site, and wrote all the copy.

- Achievement - Our Luxury vodka brand wished to rebrand its messaging to promote “Made by Nature” organics collection. I found the instagram influencers, created the outreach process, and managed the agreement partnerships, and was an integral part of the strategy team from start to finish.
